The timing of treatments takes place from Monday to Thursday from 13:30 to 14:30 by prior appointment. You can make an appointment by e-mail: recepce.eva@laznehodonin.cz.
We ask clients not to visit the spa and to wait for our call, which you have indicated in your email. The receptionist will contact you and make a reservation for your requested treatments according to capacity and operational possibilities.
On the day of your treatment, please arrive at the reception at least 10 minutes before the start of your first timed treatment to ensure that all arrangements can be made so that you do not miss your timed treatment. Please pick up your locker room keys before entering the treatment room.

What treatments can you buy from us?
Dry massage bath
Massage on a special heated "water bed", where the back, neck and hips are massaged with a stream of water through a thin membrane. The massage contributes to faster tissue regeneration, increases the overall blood circulation and reduces muscle tension. During the massage the client is dressed in comfortable cotton clothes and must not wear sharp objects (earrings, watches, belts, etc.). The load capacity of the dry massage bath is up to 110 kg.

Iodobromine bath
The most effective balneological remedy that treats vascular diseases, helps in the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, neurological, gynaecological and skin diseases - improves healing, promotes anti-inflammatory effects. During treatment, iodine is absorbed by inhalation and through the skin and mucous membranes. From the therapeutic point of view, the overall effect is significant, which is regulated by the thyroid gland and there is a stimulation of the neurohumoral system by intervention in the hypothalamus-pituitary axis - with manifestations of regulation of the nervous, cardiovascular and endocrine systems. The iodine-bromine bath has excellent effects not only in treatment, but also preventive, regenerative and rejuvenating.
Over-the-counter procedure: 440 CZK. The bath is prepared as a total bath at a temperature of 37°C. Duration of treatment: 20 minutes + 10 minutes total dry wrap.
Bath from Fiji
Pure Fiji baths contain ingredients that are only sourced from plants in the wild in Fiji that are sustainably produced there. Only pure oils obtained by cold-pressing the seeds of exotic nuts are used. This preserves all the nutrients and benefits these products offer your skin. No heat treatment, no refining or decolourisation, just pure, nourishing oils full of vitamins and essential fatty acids. The products are not tested on animals, are gluten free, contain no sulfates, parabens, formaldehydes or mineral oils.

Herbal bath of your choice
Bathing with herbal ingredients and essences takes advantage of the effect of a warm bath and the specific action of the added substances, which are indicated according to the specific health condition. Depending on the focus, it leads to stimulation of the body, relaxation, regeneration, reduction of pain or healing of skin affections. The power of herbs establishes temperature and pressure regulation, breathing, balance, harmony and healing process in the body, and inhaling the vapours with scents and essences of herbs affects our mind and the whole psyche. It creates a feeling of well-being. It has a positive effect especially on the musculoskeletal system, relieves muscle tension and has an analgesic effect. We offer variants: lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus, hemp, red orange.

Bath in peat extract
Specially treated bath peat with its organic-mineral substances has an effect on the whole organism, eliminates acute spinal pain, muscle spasms, counteracts stress, eliminates headaches, accelerates the regeneration of the organism and increases overall fitness. It also helps with acne, arthritis, eczema, mild skin inflammation, rheumatism and muscle spasms.

Dead Sea salt bath
A relaxing bath that has positive effects on skin problems such as psoriasis, eczema and acne. Free treatments: 400 CZK. Water temperature 37-38 °C. Duration of the treatment 20 minutes + 10 minutes total dry wrap.
Oatmeal bath
It retains moisture in the skin, reduces the effects of UV rays, promotes the growth of new collagen, which prevents the formation of wrinkles. It has a positive effect on rheumatism, sciatica, atopic eczema, psoriasis, acne, soothes the skin, helps to eliminate various dermatitis. For overall calming of the organism and strengthening of the nervous system. It has a high content of B vitamins and zinc. Suitable for hypersensitive skin and dry skin. 400 CZK. Water temperature 37-38 °C. Duration of the treatment 20 minutes + 10 minutes total dry wrap.
Classical partial and total massage. Aroma partial massage including upper limb massage
During a classic massage, the secretion of sweat glands increases, the blood supply to the tissues is increased, muscle activity improves, metabolism is boosted, circulation in the tissues of the massaged area is improved, swelling is absorbed, fatigue is removed, muscle tension is relieved, and last but not least, pain is reduced.
Aroma massage combines the positive effects of a classic massage with the effects of essential and fragrant oils. It warms up the tissues and washes away substances. Essential fragrant oils have a profound effect on the nervous system of the person being massaged, they have a beneficial effect on the activation or stabilization of the psyche, thus relaxing the body and mind. It strengthens the immunity of the organism, relieves stress and strain, harmonizes the physical and mental processes that take place in the organism. It acts preventively, but also in acute conditions. Contraindications are varicose veins.

Massage with lava stones partial
Special lava stones are used for the massage, which are excellent at accumulating heat and at the same time release metal anions that contribute to tissue regeneration. The lava stones have an extremely strong energetic vibration and this property is used to release blockages at important points and stir up the energy in our body. The heat and special massage techniques perfectly relax the body and mind, relieving stress and tension. It has a perfect effect on tired and painful muscles, joints, back, cervical spine, rheumatism, cramps, stress, insomnia, headaches, fatigue. Massage with stones perfectly stimulates blood circulation, lymphatic system and detoxifies the body. Lava stones applied to the body induce a condition of deep relaxation of the whole organism. They support and stimulate blood circulation and thus restore the body's energy, speed up metabolism and can start the weight loss process. Clients observe the wonderful relaxing effects on themselves for several days after the massage.

Paraffin
Applying drapes soaked in heated paraffin at a temperature of 56-58 degrees Celsius to various joints of the upper or lower limbs. The warming dulls the pain and relieves muscle tension. It causes blood circulation to the skin, reduces joint pain and has a beneficial relaxing effect. It is used for spinal and limb joint pain. It is not recommended for osteoporosis.
Over-the-counter procedure: 250CZK. Length of treatment: 15 minutes
Instrumental partial lymphatic drainage
It aims to support and strengthen the original, still preserved absorption and transport function of the lymphatic system. It is part of a complex treatment of swelling, has a significant analgesic and soothing effect. It affects lymphoedema, rheumatoid and post-traumatic conditions, headache syndrome, increased fatigue, lipedema, etc. The principle consists in the gradual inflation of individual chambers of the drainage sleeve according to a specified program. The aim of lymphatic drainage is to improve the flow of lymph. It is suitable for the treatment of tired limbs (for faster recovery after physical exertion, hiking, sports ), the basis for the treatment of cellulite (orange skin). Recommended as a means to increase immunity, detoxify the body and prevent wrinkles. This therapy increases fitness by 10 to 15%, so it is also suitable for high-performance athletes.

Manual partial lymphatic drainage
is performed on the upper or lower limbs with slow, gentle circular movements. It is particularly suitable for limb rotations (reduces swelling) and after surgery from a medical point of view, from a cosmetic point of view for the feeling of "tired legs" and for the treatment of cellulite. Increases immunity, effective overall detoxification, improves the metabolism of the whole organism, which is the primary prevention of health protection. It also prevents varicose veins, improves lymph flow.

Dry carbonic bath - gas envelopes
A dry carbonic bath is a highly effective treatment for our health. The essence of the procedure is the application of pure carbon dioxide in a special plastic bag in which the person lies down to relax. During the application, the vascular system is expanded and the oxygen content in the bloodstream is subsequently increased, improving blood circulation to all organs, the muscular system and the skin. Dry carbon dioxide baths are suitable for adults of all ages, have a minimum of side effects

Shock wave
acoustic high-energy sound wave, covering a wide range of indications. It is used in the treatment of painful musculoskeletal disorders, mainly in orthopaedics, rheumatology, neurology, sports medicine and rehabilitation. The therapy is suitable for the treatment of chronic, subacute and in some cases acute diseases of the musculoskeletal system..
How does shockwave therapy work?
The application of shock waves accelerates the reparative and regenerative healing process in damaged tissue mainly by stimulating tissue metabolism together with a significant improvement in local blood flow.
What diseases are treated with shock waves?
- frozen shoulder syndrome and other painful shoulder joint disorders, elbow joint disorders - "golf" or "tennis elbow" (radial or ulnar epicondylitis), achillodynia - painful conditions in the Achilles tendon area, heel spurs, chronic pain in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine in spondylarthrosis of the spine, treatment of trigger points and increased muscle tension in the joints and spine, tendon and muscle pain i.e. Tendinitis or enthesopathy and bursitis, muscle distension ( strain) especially in athletes.
What is the success rate of the therapy?
After the application of 2 to 3 shock wave treatments, more than 80% of patients report a significant alleviation or disappearance of difficulties.
How long does the therapy last and how often is it applied?
Therapy is carried out according to the doctor's indication, depending on the diagnosis and the nature of the problem. Shock wave therapy is applied 1 to 2 times a week, usually 3 to 5 applications.
Benefits of shock wave treatment:

When is it not appropriate to undergo shockwave therapy and how to find out?
Shockwave treatment should only be undertaken after consultation with the treating physician. Shockwave should not be applied to patients with cancer or bleeding disorders. Furthermore, it should not be used in patients with polyneuropathy. Another contraindication is therapy with locally applied corticosteroids at the site of shock wave treatment - in this case, therapy should be delayed for 3 to 6 weeks. There are other contraindications that must be considered by the physiotherapist applying the shock wave.

Kinesiotaping
A physiotherapeutic method used to treat and stimulate the musculoskeletal system.
By applying the kinesiotape, we use its traction on the muscle and subcutaneous tissue. This causes a reflex reaction of nerve fibres, blood vessels and lymphatic pathways. Kinesiotape in the field of physiotherapy can also relieve prolonged pain and bring relief during acute and chronic musculoskeletal problems. It relieves overstretched muscles and soft tissues while increasing tension in weakened tissues, thereby enhancing their performance. Stimulates the lymphatic system, thereby reducing soft tissue swelling. Helps with inflammatory conditions of the musculoskeletal system. It is used in the therapy of children and adults. It is popular in prevention and therapy for athletes to promote joint stability and support muscle coordination.
Kinesiotapes are made of hypoallergenic 100% cotton materials without the addition of latex and without the addition of any drugs. It is water resistant and due to its high flexibility it does not restrict movement in normal activities or sports performance. It is usually possible to leave the kinesiotaping on the skin for about 3 days after application.
