Gift voucher for a self-pay stay

• we will issue a voucher in the name of the recipient and in the required financial value (the voucher includes services: accommodation, meals, spa program)
• the possibility of drawing contributions from the FKSP
• the start of the stay can be fixed or with an open start date
• If you wish, you can specify the occasion on which the recipient will receive the voucher: Christmas, birthday, wedding anniversary, etc.
• the admissions officer will be happy to advise you on your choice

What needs to be stated

In order for your order to be processed in a timely and problem-free manner, we ask for the following information:

• the name and address of the recipient
• name of the payer of the voucher (address where to send the voucher)
• payment of the gift voucher can be made by bank transfer or by transferring the amount to the account according to the payment documents that will be sent to you, or in cash directly at the spa when purchasing the voucher
• the voucher can only be booked via e-mail: humpolikova@laznehodonin.cz
